Scratchin’ and Surviving

I’m considering taking out a loan to pay for a winter wardrobe. Is that done?

And I’m beginning to wonder if I qualify for food stamps.

Also, I’ve had the Good Times theme song stuck in my head for days.

Ain’t we lucky we got ’em?

Did Lauren tell you about Sierra Trading Post? You can boldly bedizen yourself with bounty from their bargain bin w/o breaking the bank.

I think she did. Unfortunately, the bank has already been broken.

No they can’t. The reason they even have that program now is because flipping cheap ass media companies want to roll every possible job they can into one.

Yeah, it looks like that program is for programmers who have an interest in journalism. I failed my computer science classes in college. 😦

Sorry, I meant you and Dave together. One the student and the other the ghost student.

You’d both be ahead of the curve – ahead of the every-possible-job-rolled-into-one-curve!

    (sorry, Lauren.)

I think a small loan would be a good idea. It’s either borrow it now and stay warm or pay the same (or more) to the doc for how sick you gonna be because your catching colds all the time. The last time I got a cold I had to pay $50 for a shot in my ass. That’s equal to 25% of a warm coat.

And remember, shop for layers, not warm outfits. You can’t take warm outfits off if you get too hot (except during sexy-time;) but you can always de-layer.
